Taser International held a competition this last month (http://www.taser.com/zombies), and the idea was to let people know that the Taser C2 was a necessary item to have in one’s personal arsenal. The scenario was that the zombies could be either fast moving or slow, but the real catch was that a cure had indeed been found that could revert your one time friends, family, and neighbors back from zombies into their normal human selves.
Recently I’d really started liking infographics a LOT because 1) I’m a fan of “the Oatmeal”, and 2) they really are a natural progression for comic artists to work in. As it turns out, my idea (which was actually partially the basis for a zombie scene in an indie short movie I had wanted to do, but then Shaun of the Dead came out and who really follows THAT movie. It’s too awesome to top! 
) But who knows, if I can get some people to work with me, maybe I can do it eventually.
The original work of this is a combination of inked spot illustrations, and then all digital color and text, on an 18×24 artboard.
And Taser International evidently liked it enough that I won a Taser C2 Platinum Package for my efforts. And I got a cool and funny bit of poster work out of it to boot.
